20 members found their way deep into the Shropshire countryside in glorious sunshine for our morning visit to Ruthall Manor.
Due to the warm weather arriving late this year the large pond was only just bursting into life showing great promise of things to come.

In the afternoon we visited the Dower House at Morville. The garden was designed by Dr Katherine Swift, the garden historian and writer, who has lived at The Dower House since 1988.
The garden has many interesting features and we enjoyed our visit sitting in the house for tea and cake.
